Compensation: (net amount received by pilot)
Option 1 – 100% Resident
$24,500 USD per month made up of:
+$16,200 USD base service fee per month
+$2,000 USD Type rating allowance
+$800 USD Base allowance
+$2,000 USD Housing Allowance
+$500 USD Ticketing Allowance
+$1,000 USD Transportation allowance
+$2,000 USD bonus ($12,000 USD paid each six months)
Plus Overtime of $300 USD per block hour over 960 hours per year
Option 2 – 8 days off per per month
$22,000 USD per month made up of:
+$16,700 USD base service fee per month
+$1,000 USD Type rating allowance
+$800 USD Base allowance
+$1,000 USD Housing Allowance
+$500 USD Ticketing Allowance
+$500 USD Transportation allowance
+$1,500 USD bonus ($9,000 USD paid each six months)
Plus overtime of $250 USD per block hour over 780 hours per year
Option 3 – 11 days off per month
$20,500 USD per month made up of:
+$15,200 USD base service fee per month
+$1,000 USD Type rating allowance
+800 USD Base Allowance
+$1,000 USD Housing Allowance
+500 USD Ticketing Allowance
+$500 USD Transportation allowance
+$1,500 USD bonus ($9,000 USD paid each six months)
Plus overtime of $250 USD per block hour over 720 hours per year
Option 4 – 4 weeks ON, 4 weeks OFF
$12,700 USD per month made up of:
+$9,700 USD base service fee per month
+$1,000 USD Type rating allowance
+$500 USD Ticketing Allowance
+$500 USD Transportation allowance
+$1,000 USD bonus ($6,000 USD paid each six months)
Plus overtime of $160 USD per block hour over 500 hours per year
In addition to the above compensation, Air Chang’an will pay contract renewal awards $20,000 USD, $20,000 USD, $20,000 USD and $12,000 USD for Options 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively.
Education: Options 1, 2 and 3 can receive a $1,000 USD education allowance.
Travel
Roundtrip free ID tickets per crewmember including. family member(s):
1st year: 4 international & 6 domestic2nd year: 5 international & 7 domestic
3rd year: 6 international & 8 domestic 60 segments of self-sponsored ID ticket for the crewmember including family member(s) on HNA network (including subsidiary airlines).
Option 4 will receive one less international ticket each year and three less domestic tickets in years one, two and three.

Insurance
Air Chang’an will provide employer liability insurance for the Pilot
• Air Chang’an will provide health insurance. Coverage for Pilot paid in full. Cost of family shared 50%/50% between Hainan and Pilot for Option 1. For Options 2, 3 and 4, the cost for family members paid 100% by Pilot.
• Air Chang’an will provide loss of license insurance
Minimum Requirements
• Citizen of a country with diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China
• Less than 56 years old at start of employment (may be waived by Air Chang’an on a case by case basis)
• Airline Transport Pilot License with B737 type rating issued by an ICAO country
• Valid Class I Medical
• Valid passport
• English proficient ICAO level 4 or greater
• No accidents or incidents
• No criminal record
• 4,000 hours TT and >500 hours PIC in the B737NG
• Currency in B737NG within previous 12 months
