Option A: 45 days annual leave
$25,500 USD per month made up of:
$22,500 USD base service fee (80 hours)
$1,000 USD housing allowance ($500 USD paid monthly)
$1,000 USD travel allowance (US$500 paid monthly)
$1,000 USD contract completion bonus ($36,000 USD paid each three years)
PLUS: $200 USD per hour overtime
Option B: 92 days annual leave
$22,600 USD per month made up of:
$19,600 USD base service fee (80 hours)
$1,000 USD housing allowance (US$500 paid monthly)
$1,000 USD travel allowance (US$500 paid monthly)
$1,000 USD contract completion bonus (US$36,000 paid each three years)
PLUS: $190 USD per hour overtime
Option C: 92 days of leave per year
$20,500 USD per month made up of:
$17,500 USD base service fee (80 hours)
$1,000 USD housing allowance ($500 USD paid monthly)
$1,000 USD travel allowance ($500 USD paid monthly)
$1,000 USD contract completion bonus ($36,000 USD paid each three years)
PLUS: $180 USD per hour overtime
Option D: 6 Weeks On / 4 Weeks Off
$18,500 USD per month made up of:
$15,500 USD base service fee (80 hours)
$1,000 USD housing allowance ($500 USD paid monthly)
$1,000 USD travel allowance ($500 USD paid monthly)
$1,000 USD contract completion bonus ($36,000 USD paid each three years)
PLUS: $170 USD per hour overtime
Option E: 4 Weeks On / 4 Weeks Off
$16,000 USD per month made up of:
$13,000 USD base service fee (80 hours)
$1,000 USD housing allowance ($500 USD paid monthly)
$1,000 USD travel allowance ($500 USD paid monthly)
$1,000 USD contract completion bonus ($36,000 USD paid each three years)
PLUS: $160 USD per hour overtime
The Contract Renewal Bonus is set up for foreign pilots who have completed the last contract period in Chengdu Airlines and want to renew their contract. The contract renewal bonus standard is $50,000 USD. Chengdu Airlines will pay the contract renewal bonus to foreign pilots together with their salary the first month after renewal. The Renewal Bonus is for foreign pilots who renew the contract prior to the expiration date of the last contract period. If the foreign pilot fails to fulfill the renewed contract due to personal reasons, the above bonus shall be returned on a pro-rated basis. If the service month is less than one month, It shall not be deemed as a month of execution of the contract. The refunded contract renewal bonus = $50,000 USD / 36 months * (36 months – months of execution of the contract). Additionally, each foreign pilot will be eligible for a $20 USD per flight hour safety bonus.
Chengdu Airlines provides a loyalty bonus is set up for foreign pilots who have completed the contract period and renew their contract. The loyalty bonus will be paid monthly according to the following standard.

For the foreign pilots who transfer from other Part 121 carriers in China and holding a CAAC license, Chengdu Airlines will pay a $50,000 signing bonus in the second month after the foreign pilots are assigned as captain (after PIC line check).

Minimum Requirements
- Less than 56 years of age at the start of the assignment
- Valid ATPL in type
- Valid Class I Medical
- English proficient (ICAO Level 4 and above)
- No accident
- No criminal record
- 5,000 hours TOTAL
- 1,000 hours PIC in type
