Compensation: (net amount received by pilot)
Option A: 45 days annual leave
$23,450 USD to $23,700 USD per month made up of
$18,700 USD base service fee
$1,500 USD housing allowance ($1,500 USD paid monthly)
$550 USD travel allowance ($3,300 USD paid every 6 months)
$1,700 USD safety bonus ($20,400 USD paid annually)
$1,250 USD completion bonus ($45,000 USD paid at the end of 36 months)
PLUS: $250.00 USD per hour overtime over 85 hours
Option B: (Three Choices)
- 6 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off or
- 12 Weeks On / 4 Weeks Off or
- 103 days annual leave
$19,500 USD to $19,833 USD per month made up of
$15,200 USD base service fee
$1,500 USD housing allowance ($800 USD paid monthly)
$550 USD travel allowance ($3,300 USD paid every 6 months)
$1,500 USD safety bonus ($18,000 USD paid annually)
$750 completion bonus ($27,000 USD paid at the end of 36 months)
PLUS: $215.00 USD per hour overtime over 80 hours
Travel Benefits

Ten free flights per year on Sichuan Airlines flights.
Pilot
Unlimited travel as a crew member on Sichuan Airlines flights. After IOE, Sichuan shall pay $3,000 each six months for international travel to go and come to Mainland China.

Minimum Requirements
- Less than 56 years of age at the start of the assignment
- Valid ATPL in type
- Valid Class I Medical
- English proficient
- No accident
- No criminal record
- 5,000 hours Total
- 1,000 hours PIC in A320
